Khalid comes clean, isn't that CONVENIENT ?

Khalid Shaikh Mohammed has finally confessed to plotting the attacks of September 11.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Al Qaeda suspect Khalid Sheikh Mohammed claimed he organized the September 11 attacks on the United States and other major attacks, according to the transcript of a hearing released on Wednesday.

Read the rest of the article to see the extensive list of things that KSM was involved in. Khalid claims responsibility for the 1995 WTC bombing, the bombings in Bali and even a plan to destroy the Panama Canal.

The acts of 9/11, the beheading of Daniel Pearl, the bombings and all the violence are certainly despicable, awful acts. Everyone involved should be punished appropriately, but most people cannot help thinking that some of KSM's confessions are a bit - um, convenient - for the Bush Administration.
